The dancing mixer driver! 
Joe was an over the road driver that wanted to be at home at night. So he wanted to drive a mixer. I have to say he was one guppy (trainee) that I had the most fun with. He is sharp and has good common sense. As you know, a guy with good common sense, can get to a point where you can basically let him go and just keep an eye on.
I was just getting in to photography, a new Cannon camera and a ham like Joe and we made history. We called him “Big Joe” because he was larger than life, just ask him. I have some video’s and pictures I will upload as I have time. Hope you enjoy the legend of Big Joe. He no longer works with us but I thought he was worth a page on MixerDrivers.com
I found these pictures and had forgotten what some of the other drivers did to Joe’s hard hat. I laughed so hard. We worked for Rinker at the time, check out the R on his helmet. 
Pinker!! And the best part is he loved it and left it like that. He was always posing and willing to do video’s. He would think up different scenario’s for good pictures and video. Joe is very active with anything to do with exercise. He is a major mountain biker, a hiker, Motocross rider and he even has one of those special bike that you lay down in, a recumbent. Great guy, thanks for the memories Big Joe!
